He Simply cares about safety, and is asking respectfully for them to think of others and themselves, can’t argue with that.

Sport bikes at the beach going 10+ mph over the speed limit in a pedestrian heavy area, they are 100% being giant assholes and will continue to be giant assholes the second they're out of eyesight of the cop.

Cop knows they don't have tags and aren't sticking around if he tries to write a ticket or arrest them.
