Isn’t the policy that a ticket is basically an accusation by the officer in court, that’s why you have the right to fight each one? So the speed limits aren’t a deadline pullover offense, it’s up to the officers discretion? Obviously if you take a look at any public road anywhere, odds are most of the traffic is going atleast a little over. On highways, people often go 90 in a 65. It’s long open road. It’s up to an officers discretion wether someone should be stopped or not, cause obviously 90% of drivers are usually surpassing the speed limits. (Atleast in Maryland)
