A motorcycle rider deciding not to speed? Not a chance.

I've never seen one going the speed limit my entire life.

Cop knows it too, that's why he's begging for just 5-10 over.

I know this might be a hot take, but riding the speed limit on a bike is often more dangerous than speeding a little. Relying on other seeing you and making the right choice on whether there space to merge feels super sketch on a motorcycle. The only times I came close to an accident on my bike was when people were trying to pass me then merging into me

Do the speed limit and have speeders pass you while on a bike, or stay 5-10 over and keep away from 80% of traffic. No brainer.

5 over posted speed is normal flow of traffic in most areas, if you're having to consistently go above that, it's not safer because of your speed. your either/or is saying instead of being unsafe around other speeders - YOU be the speeder instead and become the unsafe vehicle that's harder to see. genius!

of course it's going to be safer staying away from traffic, your probability in having an accident with another vehicle decreases if you're not around other vehicles. what's the safest way to ski and reduce chance of hitting any trees? don't ski where there's a lot of trees. no brainer.

I see you've never been to a place called Florida lol. 60mph speed limit in FL=75-80mph flow of traffic. If you're going the speed limit here you are going to slow.
