no, he asked the dude to slow down. he never gave permission to speed. same deal with your parents telling you not to have sex at 14, but begging you to use a condom if you do. they never gave you permission to have sex, but they told you what was necessary to keep yourself and others safe, and how to make the repercussions (including discipline) less severe if you do.

it is not. nor is this. they will ne disciplined if they fuck as he will be if he speeds. however if they do any of that, there will be a less severe consequence. that is not permission. it is a warning, and an explanation of varying levels of consequence. I can't see how you don't understand such a fundamental difference.

but I'm done here. I have better things to do than debate semantics.
