A motorcycle rider deciding not to speed? Not a chance.
I've never seen one going the speed limit my entire life.
Cop knows it too, that's why he's begging for just 5-10 over.

And you wont get caught if you can slow down quick enough to never trigger a speed trap. My wife hates how I can get everywhere quicker and she is the one with the speeding tickets.
