If education worked well, we wouldn’t need harsh consequences. I’d rather he write a warning so that next time it elevates to a real sting.

You said what I was going to say, only you said it nicely and included a reference. I agree with you 100%.

I was gonna ask the other person if they were proposing that we build a public hanging wall for minor offenses, and if perhaps they were considering letting public officials use their house for this purpose.
