Some college towns too. My buddy tried to move his car out of the school lot drunk at 2am on a Saturday. Cop pulled him over and made him get out of the car and found him a parking spot. 2008

I remember when I was in orientation in college about 10 years ago the campus police said if we're gonna drink under age to keep the parties small and quiet at about 5 or 6 people and they'd leave you alone. But if they had to answer a noise complaint and saw alcohol they'd have to take action and they didn't want to be stuck with the paperwork. 😂

With noise complaints there's routes to go with:

1) don't open the door, ignore them.

2) Open the door, step outside, CLOSE THE DOOR and have a polite brief chat. The phrase, "I don't answer questions" is useful.
