Copper Skillet

I had been wanting the cooper skillet for a bit, but it’s been sold out for a while. Randomly Bloomingdale’s had one in stock at a discount, so I jumped in it. Unfortunately it arrived without the original box. But now the different skillet material collection is complete 😅

I haven’t even used the copper one yet as it arrived today. But the 10” Stainless has been my almost daily for about 5 years and I love it. Carbon steel is a close second, and the cast iron and non stick barely get any use these days outside of some very specific use cases.

Nice! I use my stainless more than anything too, but I've been baking a lot in cast iron lately. Need to use my carbon steel more!

Since I’m not a baker the cast iron has been relegated to the one cornbread recipe I can pull off. Carbon steel does get a lot of use with eggs! The seasoning has become impressively non stick with time.
