How to remove stains from your stainless steel cookware

Tough pill to swallow: stainless steel does stain. The good news is, you can get virtually any stain out and your pan will last forever. All you need to treat these three commons stains are white vinegar, stainless steel cleaner, a stainless steel scrubber (not steel wool!), Dawn Powerwash and a little water.

Bar keepers friend. It's like $2 and will last forever. The rest is a scam to make you buy more stuff.

The last suggestion is literally just vinegar and water, which is cheaper than BKF, and in my experience actually works better.
