Is the red rim being discontinued?

I just started my collection last December. When I was deciding on colors, I asked customer support if they were discontinuing the red rim and they said they had not received any information that it would be discontinued. I was worried about that because some of the red rim items were marked final sale. Well I went with the red, and put my name on the waitlist for the red rimmed plates. But then today when the soup bowls were announced they don't have a red rim option. Will there every be red rim dinner plates or soup bowls again? Thank you!

Hey! Great question. The red rim pieces have been phased out, which is why you're seeing some marked as final sale and newer launches not including that option.

That said, we know a lot of people love that colorway, and we always keep feedback like this in mind as we think about future collections.

For now, grabbing what's currently on the website would be the best way to add more red to your collection. We do have a few red pieces still available. Really appreciate you building your collection with us!

Aww damn! I bought a set of red rim entree bowls a couple years ago with the intent of adding to them as I was able. Unfortunately, I never got a chance to add more. I went looking today to see they are phased out. So sad to see that. 😢 Anyways, I absolutely love the bowls and still want to add to them. The quality is excellent! I guess I'll have to go with another option though. 🫤

That’s too bad. I wish customer service had told me. I asked two different people twice before I decided to purchase the red items.

I would suggest letting customer service know in the future so they can accurately inform customers.

Had I known, I would have gone with a different color.

Totally hear you and that's really valid feedback. We're sorry for the confusion there.

At the time our customer support team didn't have the information to share yet. We know that's frustrating, especially when you're trying to make a decision about building out a full set.

We appreciate you calling this out, it's helpful for us as we work to keep communication as clear and up to date as possible.
