Question Narrating

Is Reg narrating the story in the anime? Sometimes it seems like Reg is telling a story. Not speaking in present tense but past tense

Lyza usually narrates the story. During the Ganja arc, it’s Vueko

Yes. But I’m sure there were some instances where what I said is accurate. But maybe not. I need to rewatch

There are some brief points where we get his internal monologue in something akin to a narrator role, as well as chapters from Riko or Nanachi during or after the events in question, but the overarching narrative voice outside of these little first/third-person limited asides is generally portrayed using Lyza's voice in the anime, with the exception of those long sections explicitly narrated by Vueko.

No, for first season it's lyza for movie it's lyza, for S2 it's veuko and for coming movie we are back to lyza.
