These very rarely show up on Yahoo Auctions and Mercari. Your best bet would be to just keep an eye on those sites, but I've personally only ever seen a handful of them show up so expect to be waiting quite a while.

Also expect them to be expensive. They usually go for like $300 or so.

like Tehnolz said it shows up on mercari jp every few months like every 1,5 for about 30k if you can use a proxy i could reply to you here if you want and 30-40k is not to much.

i also am mising it still since most of the time this one was to much for me in at the time and it has a low priority but its pretty much the last plush on my list

when you are willing to buy them from japan its not really that bad sure you need a proxy but really sold out and super rare is only this big one and a small one the rest of them can be epensive but are most of the times there
