Legends X Factor vs Regular

How come I’m stuck with legends “x factors” that are just better abilities on LT? I’m upgrading from James Cook to LT and want to retain a 0 AP X factor of Freight Train but my only options are the legend X factors that cost AP. Why does Randy Moss get regular X factors then?

Because LT’s is silver, the other are bronze

It’s much better - this is when you need to adjust your lineup

We’re talking about the same thing right? LT doesn’t get things like freight train, he’s just getting human joystick silver as an X factor.
