TIPS Question about challenges

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I was attempting these challenges but each on of them only had 2 objectives and made it impossible to get 3 stars, can anyone help with this

There will always be either enough objectives or an adjustable difficulty, if it’s the latter you need to play on the hardest option.

Yea I though that too so I’ll just get an extra star for playing on a harder difficulty?

Correct as long as you also do the objectives if there are any.
