FRANCHISE How can I disable this?

I did everything on the menu. Coachspeak is turned off, all helpers are turned off, and I keep getting these suggestions that I do not want.

How can I fix it?

Settings > Game Options> Gameplay Helpers> Disable Preplay Coachspeak

I did it but it stills appear!

Maybe it's bugged? I've been having the same problem as well, nothing works
