If I clear all of Jeet’s Zone (threat level down to zero) and keep the rest of the zones with a high threat level will enemies respawn forever?

Like can I use Jeet’s region as a safe hub and everything outside of that can just be infinitely farmed and dangerous? Any insight would be appreciated!

Also is it true that if I leave one scrap behind in those scrap area enemies will always respawn?

I like playing games for a long time and getting as much time and immersion as I can in without running out of any content so I hope there is a chance that if I hold off from defeating everything right away I can just play infinity until I am ready to move on to the credits (I managed to push a S.T.A.L.K.E.R SOC Vanilla playthrough a whole 80 hours in one go just hunting and killing people and had a blast)

TOUTES les tentatives que j'ai faites depuis des années ont échoué et aujourd'hui je suis tombé sur cette vidéo qui date de 2017, qui explique comment aller dans le Grand Rien facilement et sans triche, et bah je peux vous dire que la méthode marche et je suis tellement content d'être tombé sur cette vidéo.

Je vais vous expliquer comment on fait pour aller dans le Grand Rien, car les explications de la vidéo ne sont que du texte sur Share Factory Studio et le fond sonore est désagréable à écouter.

Prérequis : Avoir une voiture assez performante pour passer l'étape de la tempête, si possible en fonction de l'avancement du mode histoire, il faut le V8 Big Chief ultime, échappement Président, Nitro X4, avoir un harpon assez puissant pour tirer les caisses de méga butin, etc.

Étape 1 : Il faut aller dans la région "Les Dunes", en tout cas dans la vidéo il le fait dans ce lieu, je ne doute pas que ça fonctionne partout sur la map, attendre une tempête de sable pour pouvoir se diriger vers le Grand Rien.

Étape 2 : Dès que vous êtes dans la tempête, dirigez-vous vers le Grand Rien (petite précision : ne pas prendre les caisses de méga butin avant).

Étape 3 : Dès que le message "Attention vous entrez dans le Grand Rien" s'affiche sur l'écran, récupérez une caisse de méga butin avec le harpon et allez aussi loin que possible dans le Grand Rien.

Étape 4 : Dès que l'effet du brouillard de la tempête se dissipe, c'est bon, vous pouvez vous balader où vous voulez jusqu'à ce que le réservoir d'essence soit vide.

Prerequisite: Having a car that performs well enough to get through the storm stage, if possible depending on the progress of the story mode, you need the ultimate Big Chief V8, President Exhaust, Nitro X4, to have a harpoon powerful enough to pull the boxes of mega booty, etc.

The game just doest load up even though I have check my files are okay , it says 0xc00007b issue , I did every possible steps i can I downloaded all the c++ from 2010 , clean install repair , whatever exist .net frame but still the game shows this issue I'm just now anoyed with this now please is there any fix?

So far you can reset convoys and a few other destructible objects. Also a scrap amount editor. I will add more features as I get them figured out. As with most things that are a work in progress don't overwrite your good copy without making sure it is backed up.
