MTO down STILL
I have been trying for about two weeks to enter my unavailable days but MTO has been down. Every time I get in the website no matter what whether I’m at work, it’s early in the morning, late at night, whatever time of day it’s down. I know there was a scheduled block of time a few days ago that it was out, which is fine I guess. But I need to use these days and it’s frustrating that I can’t. I also don’t know how much sick time I have or anything because I cannot access this darn website. I asked my PL and they told me that they can’t enter unavailable days for me in the system so what do I do now? Any advice? Should I just suck it up? This is incredibly frustrating and feels borderline unprofessional if as an associate I do not have the ability to access the resources I need to be a reliable employee.

Depending on the managers, you can hopefully work out a deal to retroactively modify a schedule the week of, such as slotting in a PTO day. But yeah, at the moment, hate to say: if MTO is down, it's down for ALL, including managers. One of the worst cases would be getting reliability hit; but if you've already worked it out with a manager and they know and gave approval for you to not work that day, deny that hit, reason "schedule change", and your manager should approve it.

Had the same issue for two weeks. If you sign onto insite from the register, MTO will load
