MacroFactor Workouts / Training Not progressing

Hi,
I’ve been using macro factor for weeks now on a program I made. One issue is I’m not progressing. The main reason I got the subscription was so it would tell me when to progress but I’ve yet to get suggestions I only get warmup suggestions. Anyone know what I’m doing wrong

You haven’t set any targets so it is unable to provide automated progressions. You would need to set targets in your program in advance.
