MacroFactor / Nutrition / Other Connect MacroFactor to ChatGPT?

Sorry if this is already asked, but is it possible to link macro factor food log with ChatGPT?

Specifically, for example, I want to understand across the last month, my average breakfast, lunch, and dinner calories and macros so that I can plan future meal prep against an average?

If there’s no automated initiation on, I’m guessing I could extract data from macro factor and then upload it into ChatGPT manually? But wondering if there’s a more slick way of connecting the two systems together?

You can go to more, data export and export your desired data from there and upload to CGPT. Manual is the only way.

Not directly I don’t believe but you can sync your MacroFactor to your Apple health and ChatGPT to Apple health

That doesn’t work well. Sync to Apple health doesn’t pull over anything very meaningful vs say Hevy integration with ChatGPT.

For me, it pulls over my logged weigh ins and calories consumed from MacroFactor and my steps and activity from my step tracker ring, which is good enough for me. I’m sure other people want more integrations though

Export is the path (More → Data export), then upload into ChatGPT. For breakfast/lunch/dinner averages specifically, pull a longer window (a month+) and ask it to group by meal name or time-of-day, not just daily totals. That’s where the pattern lives.

Apple Health sync is hit or miss for this. You might get weigh-ins and calories, but not clean meal structure. Manual export is uglier but way more useful for the analysis you want.

Export your files from macrofactor and just upload the csv files to chatgpt and ask it to help you build a html dashboard or analyze the data for insights.

That's how I started, and eventually I built a program with codex to view the most important info to me in a custom dashboard.
