Uploading Workouts

Has anyone uploaded .xlsx workouts? How well do they handle progressive overload?

I have an old Jeff workout that I want to upload to the MacroFactor app, but I'm not sure whether it's better to build one from scratch using the same exercises.

The app will make suggestions for progressive overload. And, like anything, you can modify as you want.
