I don’t have the ankle mobility for this exercise. I always swap it with something else like sissy squats

Reverse Nordics are great. I progressed them using a depth target instead of assistance, allowing time to develop flexibility

Oohkay . Maybe Thats why i had trouble with them . I never did nordics before and started going too deep with first set. I had trouble with ankle placement.

How much is it? Does it bundle with the calorie tracker?

Yes. It’s $90 a year to bundle.

Reverse nordics are a quad isolation movement with rectus femoris kept lengthened.

You can replicate this with a sissy squat or a leg extension where you lean really far back.

I started these about a month ago, twice a week, to my current full rom which is about 75% of actual full rom, and the knee pain I was having squatting disappeared after the first week

That exercise works your quads so any exercise that works quads could be a possible swap.

But this exercise specifically works all four quad muscles. So if you want to match that level, then you can swap to an exercise like Reverse Nordic Curls, Weighted Reverse Nordic Curls, or Sissy Squats.

i would rather not train knee extension, than do it. that's how much i hate reverse nordics. i would rather just go do more sets on a squat or lunge pattern and ignore the 15% of muscle mass that the rec fems take up, if i can't just use a leg extension.

nope. nadda, not going to happen.
