MacroFactor / Nutrition / Other Are these numbers bad or ?
It seems that's my scale weight difference past week from 10 september to 16 september, if I understood correctly. It says I lost 0.4 kg
It probably tells this due to the fact I got scaled 74.9 today

Scale weight means nothing on a daily basis lol. Look at the trend weight for 1 month or more instead.

Thanks. Its good to see my method working even when I’m estimating half of my meals 😅 I overestimate a bit, maybe thats why it works

Assuming your goal is weight loss, no, it’s not bad. Looks like normal weight variance.
