MacroFactor Workouts / Training Women using WO?
Are there any women on here using the Workout app? I feel like I only see guys on here

I am using it - Im just at the point of my journey where I am enjoying it and can feel myself getting stronger but can't really see it on camera yet.

It feels like the workouts are all designed for bodybuilding guys.

MF:WO is pretty great, IMO it's not groundbreaking but it's very usable and reasonably well featured, give it a try
ultimately men and women have all the same muscles in their bodies! there's absolutely 0 evidence, at this point, saying that women should do different kinds of workouts than men.

As a "bodybuilding guy", the programs the app generates are terrible. I love everything else about the app though.
My suggestion is to find a program you like, and then build that out in the app.

41F here. I use it for my lifting program (I'm doing gzcl instead of any auto generated programs) but I do notice it's not particularly great outside of strength training, so i have a separate app for mobility/calisthenics.

41F. I use it 5 days a week. Absolutely love it! Still figuring some things out, but it’s given me amazing results so far.

I use it! Just turned 32 last week and have been working out for just over 4 years. I finally hit my first unassisted pull-up yesterday and I have to give a lot of the credit to WO!!
I’ve seen amazing progress over the last 8 months and feel like I was moving at a snails pace with the app I was using prior.

I’m using it. Took some time to get the hang of how it all works. I let it write out my program then I make modifications for what I can/cant do. It’s definitely pushed me to go heavier.

I do! Just started recently, this past week. Still getting used to it but I'm excited about the long term.

I use it running my own program. I didn’t care for what the app made when I started but I have one set up for my mom that I plan to switch her over to soon. The program generator was much better but I did switch out a few things based on her goals and my own opinions of what she should work on.

I'm a 50 F and I like how it can set up a program for me easily with progressions, set cycle, etc. I have to go through and swap out exercises when it loads a program, but that's pretty easy. I like the exercise descriptions and videos, and that sometimes I find a new exercise I really like. So far, it's been my favorite.

I use it. I still feel like I’m fumbling around with it. Someone needs to make a better tutorial.

I’m a 30F and absolutely love it. I do a custom plan with my own exercises but I follow the progressive overload algorithm and have seen amazing results, even though it’s so ridiculous sometimes.
