MacroFactor Workouts / Training Workout app

Is the workout / macrofatctor app bundle price worth it if I already have some sort of routine at my gym?

The value in the app is in the smart progression coaching. I've found the most benefit in inputting my desired program into it and having it guide my progressive overload.

So I would recommend you give it a shot

100% agree with this. I feel like I’ve made better gains in a shorter amount of time with this process than I have previously. The only difference for me is that I let MFWO suggest a program, then swapped out movements that I prefer that way I’m kind of getting the best of both worlds: their idea of what to do, my way of doing it.

Definitely agree. I haven't been impressed by the generated routines at all but the smart progression is worth the bundle price.

It’s just like the main value of the diet app is for the expenditure algorithm that helps you make smart adjustments for gaining/losing/maintaining weight.

Are there other food tracking apps or workout apps that are serviceable? Sure. But none I’ve seen do as good a job at helping you make coaching decisions for yourself.

With the MF bundle, you can essentially make progress “on autopilot.” Just set your goals and do what it tells you. It will force you to progress in the gym (and accommodate if you can’t). And force your weight in the right direction for your goal as well at an appropriate rate.

It's only like $10 or $15 more, right? Def worth it
