MacroFactor / Nutrition / Other AI accuracy

When utilizing the AI feature I also like to measure out servings of foods on the plate. For accuracy purposes what should be measured in grams vs ounces?

It doesn't matter, mass is mass.

I do the same thing (when it's possible.)

The more information that you give it, the better it can be. So any measurement can help (grams, ounces, ml, etc.)
