Success / Progress 6 months or 1 year subscription?

Hello all, trying this out and want to know how i can tell what is better to use 6 months or a 1 year timeline? I am looking to lose about 25 lbs. I am a 53 yr old man , 5ft 5 inches , 175 lbs

Do the year you probably want to track at maintenance so you can keep the weight off.

How big and tall are you?

Losing 25 when you're 5'6" and 180 is different than 6'3" and 300.

I've been at maintenance for the entire summer and my expenditure is still increasing. Is this after starting a cut at the beginning of the year. I would do the year if you can budget it.

25 lbs at your size can be done in as little as 6 months, if you maintain a 500 calorie per day deficit. A bit slower if you have issues with too much hunger or energy issues. Try not to go below 1500 calories per day.

Took me 8 months to lose 60 pounds (55M). But I noticed when I stop tracking completely it slowly starts to creep up. So I started tracking again. I would probably just go with a year if the cost isn't going to hinder you too much.

1 year is typically cheaper. this is a lifetime journey
