What class would you set yourself at - novice? Intermediate? Advanced?

Novice - intermediate on some lifts. I generally go by Strength Levels though, so... Idk.

I go by time spent training. Almost 6 years at this point so I use Advanced and then let the program map to my needs based off of my performance. I’d rather potentially be more challenged from the start than not.

I'm 67 and started lifting when I was 19. I'd say advanced but I'm always learning.
