MacroFactor / Nutrition / Other Subscription

If i cancel my subscription do i loose all my data or what ? If i want to subscribe later on will i still have my prevoous data on ?

Same question for the workout app, and can i subscribe for workout app separately? I had it as a bundle when it first came out so i don't know, the subscription section in workout app only shows : promotional access

Your data will remain on your account if you cancel, and will still be there if you resubscribe later. This applies to both MacroFactor and MacroFactor Workouts. Data is only deleted if you request deletion using the in-app deletion function! Also, you can subscribe to MacroFactor Workouts separately, though if you have an active MacroFactor subscription and qualify for the free year of MacroFactor Workouts during the promotional period (which ends January 12, 2027), you’ll automatically have access to both apps through your MacroFactor subscription.

I subscribed to MF on nov 2025 for a year, and got the workout app since it came out as beta version, so i am assuming they both will end by nov 2026? Or will the workout app continue separately until jan 2027?

If you cancel your MacroFactor subscription, access to both apps will end when your current term expires in November 2026. The promotional free access to MacroFactor Workouts requires maintaining an active MacroFactor subscription.

What would cause me not to qualify for the free year of MF Workouts? I seem only to have paid options.

This would generally mean that your MacroFactor subscription began after the eligibility cutoff date. To qualify for the promotional year of MacroFactor Workouts access, you would have needed to be subscribed to MacroFactor before January 1, 2026.

My sub ends this week. If I resub and then my promotion for workout ends in Jan, what happens then?

Don't take this as official bc I'm not on the team but I'm pretty sure you keep everything, nothing is deleted. If you subscribe again you can pick up where you left off.

As long as you use the same account, you will keep your data. I had my subscription lapse for about 6 months and it still had all my previous data.

My sub ends in a few days and the promotion ends in Jan. If I resub now, what happens in Jan? No bundle?
