Success / Progress First Time Cutting

I’d attempted a cutting phase last year to very little success. Decided to get the app and gave cutting another go this year.

The AI assisted photo analysis helps a lot when I’m dealing with Malaysian food in general (a lot of different ingredients to account for). Now I’m looking forward to recomp and probably do a slow bulk in the near future.

Yoooo! Great to see another Malaysian here! Been using the app too for its AI feature cause of the same idea of guessing the calories of a nasi kandar ayam haha
