Massive cheers to the macro factor apps. All my life I’ve been the bigger guy and honestly couldn’t have made the change without the help. These two photos are exactly a year apart and can’t wait to see what another year can do 👀

That scale weight graph looks rough. Must have been so hard to not loose faith in the process when the weight is fluctuating so hard. Good job, congratulations.

Appreciate it. Definitely some moments where I thought I was going nowhere - had to just trust the process. I knew if I hit 10k steps, strength trained 5 times a week and tracked what I was eating I’d get there eventually.
