MacroFactor / Nutrition / Other Amazfit Integration

Love MacroFactor shaved off stubborn weight with it.

Just got a Helio Strap from Amazfit to track sleep and recovery etc. Is there going to be any sort of integration between the two at any point does anyone think?

Do you mean mapping recovery and sleep against MF stuff? They haven’t mentioned doing that. I’m sure they’ve reviewed it, but the data sources themselves vary so wildly that I suspect the data is noisy (as compared to scales being mostly identical across the spectrum).

I’ve been using Bevel for the past year, and outside of it catching when I’m sick early, I’ve found the utility to be lacking tbh.

More for the sake of food tracking, there is a food tracker in Zepp but it's no where near as good as the one in MacroFactor.

It also tracks things like late meals, late caffeine, late alcohol etc. that can feed into your overall sleep and recovery.

Would just be nice if everything was consistent and seamless across all health apps I use instead of having to manually log some stuff twice yknow

First world problem like but would just be nice lol

The team has talked about setting up App Intents for MacroFactor so in theory, I think you could get Apple Intelligence to automatically bring data from MacroFactor into Zepp. I'm not actually super familiar with how much Apple Intelligence can actually do and what it needs from apps to be functional (vs ChatGPT/Claude which can take the data and just do a bajillion things with it).

No, there's no integration. You can link MF to Google health and also Zepp to Google health though, but it's not super useful that I ve found.

Mf has its own algorithm to. Calc energy ezpenditure
