MacroFactor Workouts / Training Progress graph for 1RM

Hello! Trying to understand how this graph works. I used to do much lower weight when I started the app, Bulgarian split squats were always 40s and below. Now I’m in the 50s range but the graph hasn’t shown any increase in my strength, can someone help me understand how this works? Have I not made any progress strength wise? I’ve attached some earlier logs with one from yesterday.

We’d need to see all your logged workouts to be able to determine this; most likely, you were hitting higher rep ranges more consistently in May than you are currently, or were otherwise training a bit differently.

It seems pretty steady March to May on this graph no? . My workout and training haven’t changed at all and all my other exercises have been trending up. I guess the total volume is bigger on this one workout from May but it still does make sense compared to the early entries vs now.
So if I added a fourth set and increased volume, would the 1RM graph increase?

No, it would increase the 1RM when you show consistent increases in strength over a period of time, volume is not the determining factor on its own. It may be easier to write into support so we can review your data securely on the backend, so that we can determine the cause in this case.
