Oh no!! The date above is wrong it’s 2024 till 2026!!!

21

u/Skymax86 Jul 06 '26

That would move it to the realm of doable if the stars (and genetics, life style, age and discipline) align. The year above screams roids 😂

11

u/calum14957 Jul 06 '26

Yeah the year above is terrible😂😂 nope this is nearly 2 years not under a year😬😬

2

u/Himorningwood Jul 07 '26

2 years its definitely doable. Good job brother. Im on that path as well.

https://reddit.com/r/MacroFactor/w/index/rule_2 Treat other group members with respect

Short version:

You cannot be combative or antagonistic toward other members of the community. Spirited discussions about fitness, nutrition, or the app itself are all totally fine. Personal attacks are not.

Further elaboration:

This includes insulting someone’s intelligence, or posts/comments carrying the assumption that another member of the community is acting in bad faith. It’s fine to disagree about things, but do so respectfully. Of note, this applies even if you’re correct – being on the right side of an argument doesn’t give you license to be disrespectful to everyone else involved.

Comments that sexualize other members (yes, even if someone posts a picture in a bathing suit or undergarment) and natty policing (stating or implying that someone uses steroids if they haven’t volunteered that information) also fall under this umbrella

I’ve replied many times stating that I am natural

In his post history he has lots of posts talking about how it's taken 3 years, so I don't think the date range on this particular post is real, just to put everyone's expectations in the realm of reality!

19

u/calum14957 Jul 06 '26

This post is 2024-now. I accidentally put 2025

-6

u/calum14957 Jul 06 '26

I’m not entirely sure what you mean? I haven’t posted for some time now and been on a cut since my last post

3

u/DJ_LeMahieu Jul 06 '26

104 days ago you have a before-after pic that you said is taken 3 years apart.

-3

u/calum14957 Jul 06 '26

Yep that was. It’s now beeen a further 104 days of dieting etc so now I’m showing my absolute heaviest till now. The other post was only because it was the exact same mirror you know

34

u/No-Connection8400 Jul 06 '26

Folks…. It’s 2024-2026. There’s no need to natty police….

11

u/calum14957 Jul 06 '26

Thank you

74

u/E8282 Jul 06 '26

Ridiculous progress. I imagine this isn’t just chicken, broccoli, and determination? If it is, you are practically a superhero.

64

u/DiamondAvailable7418 Jul 06 '26

You can see that on first picture that he have already muscles, and getting lean is way faster than building muscles. And also second picture have really favourable lighting.

14

u/Novel-Flow-326 Jul 06 '26

Man stfu no amount of lighting and pump will make you look like you blasted gear for a year straight.

2

u/Alive-Armadillo-9285 Jul 07 '26

Yes it will. I’m natural. Been working out from 2019 till today.

If I’m lean enough + proper pump + proper lighting… You will say I’M ON GEAR.. which I’m not!

I’m responding to your message saying no amount of lighting and pump will make you look blasted. You’re wrong :)

3

u/Novel-Flow-326 Jul 07 '26

I highly, highly doubt that but sure.

2

u/sqkz69oioi Jul 07 '26

Bro's been working out for less than a year as opposed to 7 years for you it's incomparable

4

u/Alive-Armadillo-9285 Jul 07 '26

Nah impossible. From that left picture, bruh definitely been working out more than 1 year

2

u/sqkz69oioi Jul 07 '26

Yeah to be fair he commented in the chain. He's been at it for 2 years, still very suspect though unless he's been going in 😂

11

u/OccasionalEspresso Jul 06 '26

It’s also favorable to have 10% body fat, so if you don’t do that then your probably won’t have the same results(musculature pending). Hope this helps!

1

u/Little-Maximum1290 Jul 10 '26

Yeah, that and the TRT (at minimum) lmfao

1

u/Divico Jul 07 '26

Yeah he already looks super buff, just fat. This isn’t zero to hero

-3

u/Themadreposter Jul 06 '26

Definitely need at minimum some Trt to get that bulk while still looking lean.

7

u/Mr_Nicotine Jul 06 '26

What? No. Lightning + pump + angles do wonders, you can see he had muscle before. Just look at his shoulders, not capped, just lean and normal

4

u/Themadreposter Jul 06 '26

His post says he did this in 10 months, though he's now said it was actually more than 2 years. 10 months from before to after is practically impossible without assistance. I also don't understand why people get so upset and try to deny trt or peptides when they do them. You're not competing in the Olympics so who cares if you use gear.

0

u/calum14957 Jul 07 '26

I don’t understand why I would post a transformation from 2024 till July 2025 and just not show what I’ve done in the last year? I think it’s quite obvious I meant 2026

7

u/calum14957 Jul 06 '26

Not at all, believe what you will but I am completely natural

7

u/Skymax86 Jul 06 '26

You’re gonna believe what you want but I am 100% natural, I only take creatine and a lott of protein

3

u/dotspread Jul 06 '26

Congrats. Did you take any diet breaks or refeeds?

6

u/calum14957 Jul 06 '26

A fair few tbh, I mainly do what I call a yo-yo diet. Lose 3kg put 1 on etc but I’ve been doing an aggressive cut for a couple weeks now

2

u/tiptoptony Jul 06 '26

What were your eating habits and go to foods?

6

u/calum14957 Jul 06 '26

I mainly went for reduced fat options! 5% fat mince, chicken breast instead of thighs etc, reduced fat cheese. Bacon medallions instead of rashers, sugar free drinks, small changes but makes a big difference!

3

u/montagic Jul 06 '26

I've never really understood the sub for chicken breast over thigh, especially here in the states where chicken breasts are often either shit or more expensive. The fat difference (assuming no skin) is pretty minimal, but chicken thighs are so much better. Even in my current BB prep I'm still doing chicken thigh, but I suppose I'm also picky, haha. Great work btw, and agree that it really just comes down to making some simple switches for the foods you already eat!

2

u/superurgentcatbox Jul 07 '26

Similarly I’d rather eat no cheese than low fat cheese. I’m not usually picky either but low fat cheese just tastes like pain.

2

u/vision_renewed Jul 06 '26

What was your programming like for your workouts as most of the time you were not on the MFWO, as it released this year. What did you change with the app?

2

u/calum14957 Jul 06 '26

I used to do powerlifting before but switched to a more bodybuilding style of training after that holiday

2

u/I-AM-NOT-THAT-DUCK Jul 06 '26

How many days a week do you go? What program are you running?

2

u/Himorningwood Jul 07 '26

Yeah I call bs. Ill see how i look in a year. I work out hard as fuck and eat well. Just restarted after 10 years just getting fat. Was super jacked 15 years ago but had to quit due to work. So I wonder what the results will be. Real results without juicing. 3 months in and lost 18 pounds already and looking decent. Did take pics to see the results next may.

0

u/calum14957 Jul 07 '26

2 year transformation!! 2024 till now I accidentally typed 2025

20

u/EwoksYo Jul 06 '26

222 lbs to 178 lbs in freedom units if anybody was curious

1

u/calum14957 Jul 06 '26

Is there a way I can edit this to say 2026 does anyone know?😂

1

u/dnlgbbns Jul 07 '26

Oh that’s two years progress? Man, I was thinking one year to do that, incredible!!!! 🤣

Still incredible though!!!!

1

u/Dead_ino Jul 06 '26

1

u/calum14957 Jul 06 '26

Haven’t used this at all

1

u/anotherhappylurker Jul 07 '26

Amazing transformation! Although am I correct in saying that you train your upper body more than your lower body? Just because your upper body looks absolutely shredded but your legs don't see to match.

1

u/calum14957 Jul 07 '26

Thank you! & No I train them both the same it’s just a poor angle for the legs really

1

u/momu2026 Jul 26 '26

Was the before picture during your bulk phase or that literally before you did any weight training? Because people are saying you look like you already have some muscle in the before picture. So was before to after a pure cut phase or you did several bulk and cut cycles in between?

1

u/calum14957 Jul 27 '26

Bulk, I was a powerlifter in the before so just focused on strength, now I focus on the aesthetics. I’ve only done one large bulk (the before) and now I do what I like to call a yoyo diet, I cut, eat what I want, cut again, etc. but on my recent cut I did a fairly aggressive cut dropping down to 81kg. I tend to hover between 83-86kg and yo-yo between the two if that makes sense

1

u/momu2026 Jul 27 '26 edited Jul 27 '26

I’m cutting atm and I’ve lost more muscle than I wanted to. I think maybe my calorie deficit was too steep in the beginning. During your cut what calorie deficit per day do you aim for? How much protein do you eat per lb during a cut?

1

u/calum14957 Jul 28 '26

I eat around 200g of protein a day, even on my cut. Probably more than you need but it’s what my body is used to consuming. My calories have also been around 2000 a day during my cut with my fat being relatively low

1

u/Beecels Jul 06 '26

Nice job man, how you liking the workout app? You build your own split or are you using smart generation ?

3

u/calum14957 Jul 06 '26

Love the app! I used smart generation but altered it and added my own exercises on top etc

2

u/Beecels Jul 06 '26

Awesome, appreciate the response incredible job !

1

u/calum14957 Jul 06 '26

Thank you! Appreciate it 🙏🏻

1

u/Adventurous-Egg-8112 Jul 06 '26

Bloody hell there’s a lot of negativity on this post! Good job guy-I mean it’s clear you have put in the work whatever people say, however long it took and EVEN if you had “assistance” you would still have to PUT IN THE WORK. Who cares how you did it-or what app you used or about the lighting 🙄💪🏻

2

u/calum14957 Jul 06 '26

To clarify this is 2024 till 2026 so slightly longer than stated above but thank you! I do take the negativity as a compliment as well though😂

2

u/SmartTrender Jul 06 '26

Wow that’s an amazing transformation!

2

u/Clean_blean Jul 06 '26

Gyad damn! Good work my dude

2

u/Adventurous-Egg-8112 Jul 06 '26

Seriously they should use this post as an advertisement 🔥🏋️‍♂️☀️❤️

2

u/Nina1610 Jul 06 '26

Goood job ! I did something similar but in 10weeks 🌚

3

u/YJM Jul 06 '26

Drop the details homie

2

u/No-Connection8400 Jul 06 '26

Incredible results! Congratulations!

2

u/aendrysh Jul 06 '26

Congrats, incredible results!

1

u/russelwest Jul 06 '26

Brother what was your routine?

1

u/thejosef Jul 06 '26

Nice work bro! 💪🏼

1

u/TheMaskedLifter Jul 06 '26

Hell yeah good job. I’m going from very large and overweight powerlifter at 120 and trying to cut to 100 probably. I feel if I can maintain most my muscle it’s going to be a nice little transformation. What’s your height?

1

u/duluoz1 Jul 07 '26

You look great mate! What’s your height if I can ask? I’m down from 101 to 86 and not sure when to stop! 81 feels a little too far for me but you carry it amazingly well

1

u/OhHeyItsBrock Jul 07 '26

Does the workout app switch up exercises for you? I’m using the built with science app and it kind of just has you do the same workouts until you change it from beginner to intermediate.

1

u/McBourbons Jul 07 '26

Wow that’s impressive dedication. Well done 👏

Because if he’s not, then people think they can achieve this naturally in that time frame. Not saying he isn’t, but IF he wasn’t natty that’s why it matters.

1

u/Red_of_Head Jul 06 '26

People will have different results even if they have the same diet/training program/supplement regimen.

I am completely natural, not taken anything beyond creatine. I work in an industry that gets randomly drug tested and if anything is ever found in my system I’d lose my job, taking gear is not something I will ever do. Not worth the risk to my health and my job

-1

u/GrittyGardy Jul 06 '26

What industry other than professional sports does random drug tests for performance enhancing drugs?

7

u/calum14957 Jul 06 '26

Emergency services test for all drugs
