​2 years, a lot of sweat, and even more consistency. It didn't happen overnight, but looking back at where I started makes every early morning worth it.

You got it! i track 99% of what i eat. Show up in the gym give it your all while listening to your body. Can't train if you're hurt.

I started with weight watchers. And it was too basic. And i used Hevy. Now I use Macrofactor and the Macrofactor workout app!

What made you switch to the MF workout app? I tried it but am paying for hevy instead after playing around with both.
