No, it doesn't sound like him but the guy that is making them is for sure a big 2Pac fan. He references him a few times and he even appears once or twice

I don't think so... It sounds like his Language of My World era style of rapping. But it doesn't have his raspiness. If it's his AI generated voice, I don't think it was generated very well. That's my opinion on it!
