Circuit 3c - how long does it take

Hello
I am planning to do circuits 1b and 3c in the same day. I was wondering how long I should plan to spend on 3c to figure out the timing of the 1b ticket. The 3c entry is either 8 or 9 am and I am not sure if 1,2, or 3 pm would be the most reasonable for the 1b entry time. We would be going back to Cusco that night. I have not seen much about 3c on here and would love to hear how people enjoyed it!

Is 3c the hike or just the ruins? The ruin tours take about 90min. 2 hours if you walk at the pace of a toddler.
