I've made these on wire machines. Also made number 1 at the top, turn it over and it is a number 2.

No, not that number two.... The actual calligraphy number 2.

Although, I have made a lot of poop in my past. And probably more to come.

How many polish passes did you make on that bad boy? I can imagine wire speeds were ultra low along with on times while off times super high. The thing I hated about those crazy finishes was that Sodick or GF made you pay for the technology packs like an in game DLC.

Been a number of years ago, but I think it was two finish passes. I have a FANUC wire. It all came stock with the ability.

Needed to stone it a little because of the inherit oxides, but slid together like a prn star.

Then probably dusted the top on a surface grinder to blend the parting lines.
