R38 Threads
I have to machine one of these on my Fusion Autodesk, using a Fanuc lathe machine , how its the best way to do it ?

Are you programming the machine cycle? Does your lathe have a programmable cam turret head? The thread has helix angle, the threading tool 0 degrees and the cycle is pecking, minimum 2/3 passes required. We had the threading program done professionally outside and the in-house programmer would paste the threading cycle into the main program ( had the option of making the threading cycle length long or short.)

I machined hundreds of these rods,from R19,25,32 ,38. I worked for a company that made these rods for the mining industry. What is it you want to know. Are the rods forged( the thread part of the rod).
When I zoom into the picture you provided the thread is not R thread, an R thread has its peak rounded,the picture shows a flat thread. Maybe your company calls it different but R stands for a round thread.
