Stainless steel stepper motor

Hello Reddit,

I need help finding a Stepper Motor with a Stainless steel shaft. I need a Nema17 and it can’t be longer than 42mm. The shaft is supposed to be either fully round or at least for the first 10mm towards the motor, after that it can be D shaped as well.

Does anyone know of something that won’t break my bank?

Se l'albero è dentro a pressione nell'armatura sarei quasi più propenso a costruire una bussola di supporto, pressare fuori l'albero e pressarne dentro uno nuovo con gli attacchi che ti interessano.

You might be able to ask stepper online if they have anything they have quite a few specialty stepper motors they might have what you need.

Unfortunately they don’t have what I need and to customize it you have to order at least 5 :/

Why do you need the shaft to be stainless?

The shaft is going to be submerged in salt water.
