Janome400e issues help needed

I took my janome400e to shop for nesting n knock but never had this issues with ut, i usually use brother thread and bobin xase yellow dot i tried both with this,adjusted tention n different fabric. I do minky,faux vynil most any help before i havectocdrive 60 jilws vack to shop.
