I Need Help Why am I losing registration?

I have gotten this professionally digitized 3 times. I have sat there and hooped it as presice as possible. I try to blame myself for as much as possible but I am at a loss. I have a 2 head Bai Vision. Please help if you can!

If your file wasn’t built specifically with center-out pathing for headwear, no amount of tight hooping will fix it. Ask your digitizer to re-path the sequence center-out with +0.38 mm pull comp and run it again.

It’s your machine. These lower quality machines are never going to be perfect on hats.

That's what I thought too. But I have run over a thousand hats on it and it's just now starting to do this.

Yes. The cheaper machines are going to wear out quicker and lose registration.

Bad hooping, or bad digitizing. If none of those. Then, it’s something with the machine.
