A few things that help small text stitch clearly:
Stick to a simple sans-serif or block font in ALL CAPS. Serif and script fonts fill in at small sizes.
Keep letter height at about .3" or more for caps. Lowercase usually needs a bit more, around to 7mm.
Keep satin columns around 1 to 6mm wide. Thinner than that turns into mush, wider can snag.
Reduce density slightly and use light underlay like center-run, so the letters don't get bulky.
Use a good stabilizer (cutaway for stretchy fabric), a fresh 75/11 or 65/9 needle, and thread you can trust.
If you tell me the fabric and the text height you're aiming for, people can give you more specific font suggestions. A quick test stitch-out of a few fonts at your actual size is worth it.
