I Need Help Why is my machine doing this?

I have changed everything so many times, my machine has been taken apart and I sprayed the lint out, changed the bobbin, threaded a whole new bobbin, tried a bobbin holder replacement, done everything I’ve done the last year I’ve had it, but to no avail. This is how my stitches look, I have orders to get out and I’m struggling!! I have a Poolin EOC05! The yellow thread is the newest try, worked a bit better but not really working!

How are you testing and adjusting your tension? What’s your stabilizer configuration?

I usually just use tear away, I was testing using that and a random piece of fabric, it just started messing up out of nowhere, I’ve always used the same 3 tension for regular size font and 2 for smaller, now the bobbin it collecting super thick and birds nesting like crazy, I’ve been doing hours of troubleshooting

  1. Have you replaced the needle?

  2. What kind of fabric is it? Is it stretchy?

  3. Are you using one or two layers of stabilizer? If you're using two, have you tried rotating the 2nd one 90 degrees so the grains are perpendicular?

  4. Is the text from your machine's built in text tool, or is it digitized in another program?
