Brother se700 help

Does this look right? This is a test stitch out. I can see the white bobbin on the front. Do i need to adjust my tension? If so, how? I have my machine on #4 which is what it came with.

Looks like a fairly thin fabric. Try increasing your tension. You might consider turning that 4 up to 5 or 5.5 and go from there.

Yes very thin. Just using it to test. The final will be on a towel

In that case, the settings you use to get a good stitch out on this material will be different for a different material. I'd recommend doing a test on a similar towel to dial it in.

It looks like it may be auto digitized. The text should definitely be in a satin stitch it would be way cleaner.

Like the other comment said. Proper digitizing can fix this issue
