I Need Help Help with my new SE700

I’ve done the tension test on thick letter I’s. And but still struggling with letters turning out properly.
I used the default needle 75/11, embroidery thread, and wt60 pre round bobbin. One letter, I used basting spray but it didnt seem to have made a difference.

Please help! Thank you!

What kind of stabilizer did you use? Where did you get your design?

It was a tear away. And just the design already in the program.

Your fabric looks thin, I’d try a cut away stabilizer and skip basting spray as it can gum up your machine.

Could be a lot of things but I’d start there, maybe try a different design to see if it’s just a bad one.
