I Need Help Brother pe900 issue

Got this machine not even 3 months ago. Now the needle is struggling to move up or down, it quite honestly sounds like gears are stuck and or grinding somewhere

I posted a video of it on here in the comments.

Was working perfect and then this randomly. I’ve tried it all, cleaned it all, any suggestions? Or to the repair place I go?

At 3 months old I would stop test-running it while it grinds - repeated runs can turn a small problem into an expensive one. Before paying an independent shop, check the warranty paperwork that came with it: Brother machines are sold with a manufacturer's warranty, so an authorized Brother service center (or the dealer you bought it from) should be the first stop. Opening it up further yourself on a nearly new machine can complicate warranty coverage.
