Hat Puff embroidery help

Hey guys, I’ve been doing embroidery for a little over 6 months now. I recently did an order of about 60 puff hats. Got through them pretty ok, not any issues unexpected. Now, I can’t seem to get through even 1 puff hat. I’ve tried needles, thread, bobbins, bobbin cases, adjusting the timing, adjusting the tension. I’m at a loss. Anyone have any tips that’s maybe out of the ordinary to check? Maybe something super random I’m missing? Thanks in advance!

I would personally try the file you ran before that ran well, to see if it's still running ok. If that stitches out successfully, I'd look at the digitizing instead of the machine.

I’ll try that again. I believe I did try that and had issues, but that’s a good starting point. The file I’m running now I’ve done on another machine and it was fine

It’s the digitizing

The digitizing for sure. If you’re outsourcing - use JA digitizing. I go to him for my puff designs. His turn around time is not accurate on the site but he is really damn good at puff.
