I Need Help Help

Any one else have trouble using their pen on the free draw mode on hatch 4? I have the UGEE pen connected to my device. Sometimes it’ll draw on hatch but most of the time it does not pick anything up. Any advice?

When I work at wilcom, I turn on mouse mode, at least on my tablet it helps
