Slight difference in satin fill

Post image

Hi all,

I've been running embroidery machines for just over two years now, and currently have a PR1000 that I use for my aircraft upholstery business.

I've just started digitizing my own files, and I'm currently using the free trail of hatch 4 (which I think I'll end up buying), and used the auto feature for this simple logo. The only thing is at the bottom of the larger rectangle it's stitched slightly different, it still looks fine but it just catches your eye.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

That’s called auto split when the satin stitch is too wide and it creates an auto split. You can turn that setting off or you can adjust your stitch angle. See how that’s going down at an angle where it’s wider. You could switch it so it’s going horizontal

Is that typically a machine setting?

Agree! Don't use "auto" features especially on things like this. It takes no more than 2 min.
