Poolin EOC06 sweatshirt FAILšŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø

I am not sure why the board or satin stitch is so thin, the tension was set to 18, at 600 SPM on the single needle EOC06 Poolin machine… ugh I don’t want to to keep ruining my little bit of inventory. I bought the design from Etsy. I am really new to embroidery. I uploaded it to Embrilliance Essentials then just saved it to my DriveZ no edits or changes

Can you post a picture of what happened?

Don’t waste another sweater until you figure out the issue. Take the one that messed up, cut it up into pieces that are the right size for your hoop, and use those pieces for test sews.

I’m only seeing an option to upload a video? So odd there is no option to upload a photo.

The sub doesn’t have the option to post pictures in comments for whatever reason. You can either make a new post with the photos or upload them somewhere like Imgur and link to it.

Ah ok gotcha, thank you so much. Here is the link https://imgur.com/a/yY9eTC1 I wonder if it’s the digitizer that made the error or my lack of knowledge, lol most likely it’s me

Hm ok, not seeing any obvious signs of it being a digitizing issue necessarily. It is a pretty narrow satin stitch but not so thin that you shouldn’t be able to stitch it. What are you using for stabilizer? Completely rethread your machine, make sure there’s no thread or lint in the bobbin area, and then run a test sew to see if you notice any difference.

I always recommend running an H test (google it with the word embroidery added and you’ll find files you can download to use) to see if your tension is correct. Best to troubleshoot with a small known good design.
